MSBA Foundation Recovery to Work Pilot

MSBA Foundation is accepting résumés for a Recovery Employment Navigator to help participants in the Pine Belt area prepare for, find, and retain employment. The Navigator will work directly with people referred by the pilot’s partner intervention court, helping each person identify their skills, interests, goals, and barriers to employment.

The Navigator will develop individual employment plans, provide career coaching and job search support, and connect participants with training, employers, and available support services. This role will work closely with the court, Jones College, community partners, and the Recovery Friendly Workplace Coalition’s Program Director. Local travel and regular in-person meetings are required.

Qualifications

Experience in career coaching, workforce development, case management, reentry services, human services, or a related field; strong communication and documentation skills; and the ability to coordinate services while protecting confidential information. Experience working with intervention courts or people in recovery is preferred.
